Parrotfish
Fresh parrotfish is a distinctive tropical reef fish with firm white flesh and a delicate flavour. This colourful fish is appreciated for its fine texture and culinary versatility. Parrotfish is particularly suitable for preparations where the fish is presented whole, but it can also be filleted for individual portions.
