    Private customer

    Create a free account (mandatory), and you can start right away.

    Choose the desired products and select the preferred delivery date for each product.

    • Please note that orders must be placed by Monday at 12:00 PM at the latest.
    • We only deliver on Friday or Saturday.

    Once your order is complete, you can proceed to checkout.

    • You will receive an order confirmation via email.
    • We will ensure that your order is delivered on the selected date.
    • After delivery, you will receive the final invoice by email; you always pay afterwards. This is due to the variable weights of our products. As soon as we have all exact weights, we will create the final packing slip and invoice, ensuring transparency and fairness.


    Business customer

    If you are a business customer, you must always create an account.

    After verifying your details, we can add you to the correct customer group, and you will receive confirmation that your account is ready, allowing you to order immediately.


    Shipping

    • Orders are delivered cooled with a modern fleet and professional drivers.
    • Delivery takes place at the address you provided.
    • If you are a business customer, you can also use our partner network.


    Payment Methods

    • Payments are only accepted by invoice.
    • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
    • After processing your order, the final weights will be listed on the packing slip upon delivery.
    • The final invoice will be sent via email after delivery.


    Shipping

    • Deliveries only take place on Friday and Saturday.
    • If delivery does not occur within these days, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
    • Free delivery for orders over €500.00 in Belgium and the Netherlands, excluding the Wadden Islands.


    Returns

    • Products have a limited shelf life and cannot be returned.
    • The right of withdrawal does not apply.
    • Customers are advised to carefully check their order immediately upon receipt.
    • If unsatisfied, this must be reported within 12 hours of delivery via email or phone, after which a suitable solution will be offered.
