Skin-on ling loin
Fresh ling loin from Iceland, with the skin retained. Ling is an elongated member of the cod family. The loin is the thick back section and offers options for portioning and a variety of cooked dishes.
Flavour & texture
Ling has a mild flavour and firm, compact white flesh. Careful cooking keeps the fish succulent while preserving its pleasing, meaty bite.
Culinary uses
Suitable for pan-frying, poaching and oven cooking. It can also be used in fish stews. Portion larger pieces as required and adjust the cooking time to their thickness. Pair with tomatoes, fennel, lemon or a light herb or butter sauce.
