Fresh Langoustines 6–9 per kg
Premium fresh langoustines from the cold North Atlantic waters around Scandinavia. Langoustines, also known as Norway lobster, are highly prized for their delicate flavour, tender flesh and natural sweetness. The 6–9 size grade means that approximately 6 to 9 langoustines make up one kilogram. These large specimens are particularly suitable for premium presentations and dishes where the langoustine takes centre stage.
Flavour & texture
Delicate and naturally sweet, with a subtle nutty character. The flesh is tender, succulent and firm, with a fine and refined texture.
Culinary applications
Excellent for grilling, roasting, steaming, poaching or briefly pan-frying. Their large size makes them particularly suitable for serving whole or halved lengthwise.
Ideal as a premium starter, a main-course component or for refined seafood dishes. The heads and shells are excellent for preparing bisques, shellfish stocks and sauces.
