Bluefin tuna gyoza frozen

Japanese-style dumplings generously filled with Balfegó Bluefin tuna and seaweed. The combination of tender tuna, savoury Asian flavours and delicate dough makes these gyoza ideal for sophisticated appetisers and sharing menus.

Flavour & texture

Savoury and refined, with a tender filling and delicate wrapper that becomes lightly crisp on the base during cooking.

Culinary applications

Excellent as a starter, appetiser, tapa or part of an Asian-inspired food-sharing menu.

Gently pan-fry the frozen gyoza in a small amount of oil for approximately 2 minutes until lightly browned. Add a small amount of water, cover the pan and steam for approximately another 2 minutes.
