Fresh Langoustines 4–7 per kg
Large, fresh langoustines sourced from the cold North Atlantic waters around Scandinavia. This premium grade combines an impressive size with the delicate, naturally sweet flavour for which langoustines are renowned. The 4–7 grade means that approximately 4 to 7 langoustines make up one kilogram. Their generous size makes this grade particularly suitable for premium restaurant dishes, fine dining and luxurious presentations.
Flavour & Texture
Naturally sweet and delicate, with a subtle nutty character. The meat is tender, succulent and pleasantly firm.
Culinary Uses
Ideal for grilling or roasting whole or halved, as well as steaming, poaching or quickly pan-frying. Their generous size makes these langoustines particularly suitable as a luxurious starter or as the centrepiece of a main course. The heads and shells can be used to prepare rich bisques, stocks and refined shellfish sauces.
